Each product comes with comprehensive warranties specific to the vendor, so terms will vary. But in general, you can expect Retractable awnings will have a 5-10-year frame warranty, 5-year motor warranty, and 10-year fabric warranty. Screen systems include a 10-year to lifetime housing warranty, 5-year motor warranty, and 10-15-year fabric warranty.
Depending upon the vendor, we receive materials between 2-6 weeks once the order is placed.
Installation is included with your estimate, all of our products are professionally installed by our inhouse trained technicians. We handle everything from initial measurement to final installation and testing, ensuring your system operates perfectly.
Single-unit retractable awnings can span up to 40 feet wide with projections up to 14 feet. For larger areas, we can install multiple units that operate together seamlessly.
Our awnings are rated for winds up to 25 mph when equipped with wind sensors. The optional wind sensor automatically retracts the awning when wind speeds exceed safe levels, protecting your investment even when you're away.
While our awning fabrics are water-resistant and can handle light rain, we recommend retracting the awning prior to ANY inclement weather. Extended exposure to standing water can cause the awning to fail.

We offer insect mesh (standard and no-see-um), solar shade fabrics (various openness levels from 1% to 10%), privacy fabrics, and blackout options. Each serves different purposes from bug protection to sun control to complete privacy.
Our track-guided screen systems are rated for winds up to 25 mph. The side tracks keep the screen fabric secure and prevent billowing. For cable-guided systems, wind ratings may be lower. We recommend retracting screens during severe weather.

Yes! Solar screens maintain outward visibility while reducing glare and heat. The openness factor (typically 3-5%) determines how much light passes through. You can see out clearly during the day, while people outside have limited visibility looking in.
